Terms of Service
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Fat Wallet Sales LLC (“Fat Wallet Sales”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, the offer vault, our emails, or any of our training, you agree to them. Please read the parts about what we do and do not promise carefully.
1. What we provide
Fat Wallet Sales provides remote sales training and placement assistance. Placement assistance means we help you find, apply to, and follow up on sales roles: we maintain a board of listings, help you build an application packet, send applications on your behalf when you tell us to, and chase replies for you.
Placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment. We do not guarantee that you will be hired, that you will get an interview, that any employer will reply to you, or that you will earn any particular amount of money. Employers make their own hiring decisions and we do not control them. If a specific program you purchase includes a written refund commitment tied to a placement timeline, that commitment lives in your program agreement and is governed by that agreement, not by this page. See our Earnings & Placement Disclaimer.
2. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy training, or apply to roles through us. The service is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. You must also be legally able to enter a contract and legally able to work in the places where you apply for roles.
3. Your account
- Keep your login details private. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- Give us accurate contact details and keep them current, or you may miss employer replies.
- Tell us promptly at contact@fatwalletsales.com if you believe someone else is using your account.
- Access to the offer vault and other member areas is personal to you and is not transferable.
4. Acceptable use
When you use Fat Wallet Sales, you agree that you will not:
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-copy, resell, or republish listings, contact details, or any other content from the site or the offer vault.
- Share vault access, listings, or employer contact details with anyone outside your account.
- Misrepresent yourself to an employer. Everything in your profile, resume, video, and application materials must be truthful and about you.
- Use automated tools to submit applications outside the tools we provide, or to hammer our systems.
- Harass employers, other students, or our staff, or contact an employer in a way they have asked you not to.
- Attempt to break, probe, or work around the security of the site, our accounts, or our email systems.
You certify that the information in your profile and resume, and any claim made in an application we send for you, is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Applications built on false claims can be removed and your account closed.
5. Your content, and what you ask us to send
You keep ownership of everything you give us: your resume, your video links, your written pitch, your profile details. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store that material, format it, and transmit it to employers and their systems on your behalf and at your direction, for the purpose of applying to roles and following up.
When you press Apply, or approve a match we queued for you, you are instructing us to send your materials to that employer and to send reasonable follow-up messages on your behalf if they do not reply. You can stop this at any time by closing the application, turning off auto-apply in your settings, or emailing us. We do not sell your materials and we do not send them to employers you have not applied to.
6. Third-party listings
Many roles on the board are aggregated from public sources. We are not the employer, we are not a party to any offer or job, and a listing is not an endorsement. Compensation, commission structures, lead flow, and any other figure in a listing come from the employer or the public source, not from us. Unless a listing is explicitly marked as verified or exclusive, we have not independently confirmed its details.
Do your own diligence before accepting any role, signing anything, or sending money to anyone. Never pay an employer to work. Tell us at contact@fatwalletsales.com if a listing looks fraudulent and we will investigate and remove it.
7. Payments and refunds
Prices, payment schedules, and any refund or money-back terms for paid programs are set out in the program agreement or checkout terms you accept when you enrol. Those documents control. Free parts of the site, including public listings and free tools, are provided as-is with no payment obligation.
8. Our intellectual property
The site, the brand, the curriculum, the scripts, frameworks, templates, tools, and the selection and arrangement of the offer vault are owned by Fat Wallet Sales LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may use them for your own learning and your own job search. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or teach them as your own.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses employers or staff, scrapes the board, or puts our systems or reputation at risk. Where a paid program is involved, any refund follows your program agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) do survive.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, that every email will be delivered, that listings are accurate or still open, or that any employer will respond.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fat Wallet Sales LLC and its owners, staff and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost income, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid us nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs if they arise from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or from false or misleading information you gave us or asked us to send to an employer.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and Fat Wallet Sales LLC agree that the state and federal courts located in Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally first.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will tell active students by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
